Ronald McDonald House, Bristol is an independent charity which provides Home from Home
accommodation, free of charge, to the families of critically ill children receiving care at the
Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.

Headroom Design has been incredibly generous to us over the years in building and maintaining our
website free of charge. They are always available to implement the changes we require and more
recently have undertaken a significant re-vamping project to help us refresh the way we
communicate online. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we are very grateful to be their
number one supported charity!

'Headroom's Responsiveness Has Always Been Excellent'

Headroom's responsiveness has always been excellent. LEW Techniques is, like many other
businesses, in a fast moving technological arena and our capabilities change all the time.
When they do, we want to be able to get messages out to our customers and prospective
customers very quickly. But that also has to fit in with when we decide we want to think about
what we want to say and to create it. This often happens at short notice.

A recent example of a job Headroom did for us is our datasheets, very technically detailed,
information-rich documents with images that require a lot of manipulation because the products
we produce are especially difficult to photograph well. We had developed the structure for our
datasheets, a new venture for us, earlier in the year and asked for a five-day delivered-to-us
turnaround for a brand new document involving generation of new images from scratch and a new
way of presenting a concept. The answer was "Yes". A day in to this we asked if they could "just do
another document", again with new images. Again, the answer was "Yes". Headroom did not have
the advantage of actual products to work from to create the images, but some sketches and verbal
descriptions from me. This is a tall order but Headroom patiently ploughed through to produce not
just two new datasheets in the timescale, with all the images, but another two revised datasheets
requested at 24 hours' notice, all printed and delivered to our door.

The documents were then rapidly uploaded to our website as .pdfs and web pages created and an
eye catching .html emailer produced in one day to promote one of the new datasheets.
